We are currently taking $500 USD non-refundable deposits. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your deposit to another guest by notifying our event team

Flight to Japan
Arrival in Osaka (KIX) will be on Jan 26, 2024. Transfer as a group to the hotel in Kyoto.
If you are only participating in the Niseko trip you will arrive on Jan 29, 2024.
Ski & Board equip.
Instead of bringing your skis and powder boards, it may be more cost effective to rent them at one of the many local pro shops.
You may also have your equipment shipped to the Hilton Niseko hotel.
Flight back to USA
The flight home will be from New Chitose Airport (CTS) on Feb 3, 2024.
It would be prudent to check into flying home from Kyoto or Tokyo.
